January 27, 2024: Registration opens for full-time volunteers and their Cub Scouts and siblings (see Sibling Camp criteria)
May 6, 2024: Registration Closes
May 1: Last day to cancel with a full refund
After May 14: No refunds. Instead, your Scout will receive their camp t-shirt, bag, patch, woodworking project, and program materials to work on from home. If you have questions about the cancellation policy please contact the Admin Team at admin@nrcubcamp.org.
Adult and Youth Volunteer Training Sessions (Attend 1 Session)
Adult and Youth Volunteer Training Session #1, Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Training will run from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Location is Alpharetta United Methodist Church Student Center. 69 N. Main St., Alpharetta, GA 30009
Adult and Youth Volunteer Training Session #2, Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Training will run from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Location is Alpharetta Presbyterian Church. 180 Academy Street., Alpharetta, GA 30009
Adult and Youth Volunteer Training Session #2, Saturday, May 25, 2024. Training will run from 11:00am to 12:30pm. Location is Alpharetta Presbyterian Church. 180 Academy Street., Alpharetta, GA 30009
Parent/Scout Swag Pickup (Attend 1 Session)
Sunday, 6/2 - Wills Park Equestrian Center, 11925 Wills Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Pickup will be held from 12:00pm - 2:00pm. Please come any time in that 2 hour window. You will receive an email in advance of the swag pickup with important information about camp (drop-off, pick-up etc.). Camp staff will be available to answer any questions during this time.
Camp Setup and Tear Down
6/1 - 8am - Unload Storage Units into Trailers (More details to follow)
6/2 - 8am - Camp Setup
6/5 - 6pm - Camp Teardown
6/6 - 10am - Unload Trailers at Storage Unit (More details to follow)

6/2 - 9am - 5pm - Range Master Training (May not run till 5pm) - Location; Cub Camp Shooting Sports Range
