Important Dates

• January 12, 2026: Registration opens for full-time volunteers and their Cub Scouts

• May 17, 2026: Registration Closes

• May 17, 2026: Last day to cancel with a full refund

• After May 17: No refunds. Instead, your Scout will receive their camp t-shirt, bag, patch, woodworking project, and program materials to work on from home.  If you have questions about the cancellation policy please contact the Admin Team at admin@nrcubcamp.org.

Adult and Youth Volunteer Training Sessions (Attend 1 Session)

Adult and Youth Volunteer Training Session #1,  Thursday, April 23, 2026. Training will run from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Location is Alpharetta Methodist Church. 69 N Main St., Alpharetta, GA 30009 (Student Center. Same place as Roundtable)

Adult and Youth Volunteer Training Session #2, Saturday, May 16, 2026. Training will run from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. Location is Alpharetta Presbyterian Church. 180 Academy St., Alpharetta, GA 30009 (rooms 205 & 210)

Adult and Youth Volunteer Training Session #3, Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Training will run from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Location is Alpharetta Presbyterian Church. 180 Academy St., Alpharetta, GA 30009 (rooms 205 & 210)

Parent/Scout Swag Pickup (Attend 1 Session)

Sunday, 5/31 - Wills Park Equestrian Center, 11925 Wills Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30009.  Pickup will be held from 12:00pm - 2:00pm.  Please come any time in that 2 hour window.  You will receive an email in advance of the swag pickup with important information about camp (drop-off, pick-up etc.).  Camp staff will be available to answer any questions during this time.

Camp Setup and Tear Down

5/30 - 8am - Unload Storage Units into Trailers (More details to follow)

5/31 - 8am - Camp Setup

6/3 - 6pm - Camp Teardown

6/6 - 10am - Unload Trailers at Storage Unit (More details to follow)
